1. Client Coordination & Support
- Assist with preparing and sending quotations, pro forma invoices, and order forms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, warehouse, finance, and design) to follow up on order fulfillment and delivery timelines.
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone regarding order updates, product recommendations, and customizations.
- Collect and organize required company documents from clients for account creation (e.g., company registration, PP20, VAT documents).
2. Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all corporate sales orders in internal trackers and systems.
- Monitor stock levels of key corporate products and update the sales team accordingly.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, client product decks, and gifting catalogs.
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payment tracking, and issuing receipts.
3. Product & Packaging Coordination
- Work with design and warehouse teams to organize packaging, labeling, and gift wrapping for corporate orders.
- Assist in managing inventory of GWP (gift with purchase) and stock for events or campaigns.
- Help with sourcing or preparing product samples as requested by the sales team or clients.
