Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for sales operations both before and after sales.
• Accepting and processing orders, operating all POS systems, customers’ payment, issue VAT refunds and tax invoices for customers.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, and returns.
• Check products from the warehouse.
• Do store stock checking, fill products to shelves, and store’s neatness.
• Alerts the supervisor of potential issues.
• Do other tasks as assigned.
• Welcoming customers into the store.
• Explaining to customers the best products for their needs.
• Recommending related products to increase sale and enrich shopping experiences.
• Promoting special sales, offer and awareness of company loyalty program.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role.
• Availability to work flexible shifts.
• Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.
• Availability to work flexible shifts.
• Proficiency in Chinese/ Japanese or French
