Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring seamless delivery of employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit.
• Lead the implementation of people processes including workforce planning, job design, cost structure alignment, and HRIS optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance to drive annual manpower planning and budgeting, providing insights on people costs and workforce scenarios.
• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on organization design, headcount strategy, and transformation needs.
• Champion employee engagement through data-driven initiatives that strengthen culture, connection, and commitment.
• Design and deploy frameworks for performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Drive initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, from communication to recognition and internal mobility.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and employee relations practices are fair, compliant, and aligned with company values.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and guide leadership conversations on talent risks and opportunities.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
•Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
•Strong knowledge and experience in dealing with employee matters and labor laws.
•Demonstrated experience leading HR initiatives and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interacting effectively with the organization.
•Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
•Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR plans and initiatives.
•Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
•Excellent communication in English & Thai.
•Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
