Key Responsibilities

  • Explore, identify and develop strategic partnerships with relevant brands in the fashion, home furnishings and hospitality industries.
  • Collaborate with partner brands or individuals (artists, etc.) to conceptualize and execute special projects and collaborations.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner brands, fostering long-term collaboration opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including design, merchandising, production, S&OP and legal to identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication and coordination between departments.
  • Create and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure the successful execution of all collaboration projects, thus ensuring projects are completed within established deadlines.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration within the organization, encouraging innovative and creative ideas for collaborations.
  • Develop project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables for each collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively implement solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work closely with the marketing managers to develop and implement communication strategies to promote collaborations and projects externally.
  • Represent the organization in external meetings, events, and press visits.
  • Create a presentation and present project updates to the management team.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in partnership management and project coordination.
· Strong network and knowledge of key players in the fashion, home furnishings, and hospitality industries.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
· Possess a can-do attitude and a growth mindset, fueled by a passion for fashion and lifestyle.
