Operational:
- Sets up function room and table, arrange meeting equipment, stationery and food.
- Serves food & drink to guests, takes orders for meal selection and drink choices, maintains guests’ beverage levels and coordinate service of meal courses.
- Performs vary duties during the event based on situation, but, still be able to focus on job and keep its standard.
- Ensures coffee break station is ready for break time, keeps good quality and standard temperature of food and drink items.
- Clears room after function adjourned, breaking down table set-up, sending tablecloths and linen to laundry.
Generals
- Understands and strictly adheres to rules and regulations established in Employee Handbook and company policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
- Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
- Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Attends and contributes to all meetings and trainings as required.
- Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
- Maintains positive colleague interactions with good working relationships.
