Sets up function room and table, arrange meeting equipment, stationery and food.
Serves food & drink to guests, takes orders for meal selection and drink choices, maintains guests’ beverage levels and coordinate service of meal courses.
Performs vary duties during the event based on situation, but, still be able to focus on job and keep its standard.
Ensures coffee break station is ready for break time, keeps good quality and standard temperature of food and drink items.
Clears room after function adjourned, breaking down table set-up, sending tablecloths and linen to laundry.

Handles guest and employee enquiries courteously and efficiently, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

Attends and contributes to all meetings and trainings as required.

Requirements
Prior customer service experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
Good communication skills.
Flexibility when working alternating shifts
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Good personality and service-minded
Strong communication skills, Proficiency in English.
