Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Build positive guest relationships
• Handle guest complaints and enquiries
• Ensure high service quality and guest satisfaction
• Promote hotel services and facilities
• Collect and act on guest feedback
• Coordinate with other departments
Operations & Administrations
• Ensure accurate billing and daily transactions
• Review reports and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct daily pre-shift briefings
• Supervise staff and ensure service standards
• Handle guest issues professionally
• Upsell to increase revenue within budget
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain full menu and promotion knowledge
• Maintain and update operations manuals
• Prepare outlet budget and marketing plans
• Support business planning and forecasting
• Monitor competitors and market trends
People Management & Financial
• Supervise and coach employees
• Delegate tasks and support development
• Conduct training and performance reviews
• Monitor staff morale and performance
• Ensure compliance with rules and policies
• Manage staffing and payroll efficiently
• Control costs and improve productivity
• Ensure outlet sales and profit targets are met
• Follow cash-handling procedures
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager, preferably in Thai cuisine restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of Thai food culture, traditional Thai dishes, ingredients, and service styles.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including service standards, cost control, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Good command of English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
