Key Responsibilities
• Design creative artwork for both online and offline channels, including advertisements, social media content, banners, and in-store or in-mall media.
• Produce graphic animations, motion graphics, video editing, transitions, and photo retouching as required.
• Support and contribute to art direction for photo shoots, video productions, and editorial projects.
• Ensure all creative outputs follow Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines and brand standards, maintaining consistency and strong brand representation.
• Provide guidance on printing specifications, including recommending appropriate materials and paper for the best production quality.
• Develop illustrations, layouts, and other graphic assets using design software or manual techniques, delivering work according to briefs and timelines.
• Select appropriate colors, typography, and layouts for each project, including reviewing and approving color proofs before final production.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure design objectives and deadlines are achieved.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills across multiple formats.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and related tools.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation is an advantage.
• Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail and visual composition.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and ideas clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
