Our guide to taking the best care of your items.
Washing
To care for your silk garments, turn them inside out and place them in a mesh laundry bag. Wash on a delicate or hand wash cycle at 30°C, selecting “no spin” if available. Use a gentle, bleach-free detergent—baby laundry detergent works beautifully. Treat your silk with care, and it will remain soft, luminous, and long-lasting.
Drying
Do not tumble dry. Instead, gently reshape and air dry your garment in the shade to preserve its color and texture.
Ironing
Steam iron at 110–150°C.
Storing
Store silk in a clean, dry, well-ventilated space. Use breathable cotton or muslin bags (no plastic) and keep out of sunlight. Hang delicate items on padded hangers. Avoid high humidity to prevent damage.
Washing
Due to its delicate nature, silk chenille requires careful handling. We recommend dry cleaning only, using any solvent except tetrachloroethylene. For significant stains, consult a professional dry cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals, as they may cause discoloration or damage to the fabric.
Ironing
Do not iron.
Storing
Store silk chenille in a clean, dry place, away from sunlight. Avoid pressure, sharp objects, and use breathable cotton or muslin bags. Keep in stable temperature and humidity.
Product Disclaimer: The most important rule for maintaining pleated silk products is to avoid water exposure at all costs. Water can permanently flatten the pleats, and this damage cannot be repaired. By following this guideline, you can help ensure that your silk pleated bags retain their beauty and quality for years to come.
Washing
To maintain the beauty of your silk bag, gently wipe away dust or dirt with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid all cleaning agents or chemicals; if needed, consult a professional cleaner experienced with delicate silk. Always handle the bag with clean hands to prevent the transfer of oils, and avoid placing it on rough surfaces that could snag the fabric. Keep it away from perfumes, hairsprays, and other harsh substances that may cause fading, and store pens or markers separately to prevent permanent stains.

Washing
To care for your leather item, regularly wipe it with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap or a leather-specific cleaner, avoiding excess water. Blot spills immediately, and for oil-based stains, apply cornstarch to absorb the residue before brushing it off gently. To maintain suppleness and prevent drying or cracking, condition the leather every few months with a quality leather conditioner or natural oils.
