Please be mindful that displayed product prices are exclusive of all duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, delivery outside of Thailand may be subject to local import duties and taxes to release your order from customs.
To ensure cost transparency, all international orders are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid upon order creation and confirmation) and will have exact amount of duties and taxes calculated and must be paid upon order confirmation.
What does “online exclusive” mean?
Online exclusive items are available to purchase on jimthompson.com only and are not available in any Jim Thompson stores. These items are under "Online Exclusive" and "Online Exclusive Sale" sections. If a customer has difficulty placing an order for these items through our website, please send us the details of your desired item; product name, sizing, quantity, your billing and shipping addresses, and contact number to online@jimthompson.com or Line @jimthompson, our customer service team will be happy to assist.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are based on the weight, size, and destination of items. They will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Our secure international shipment is processed by DHL / UPS.
All prices include Thailand VAT, but any deliveries of goods outside Thailand may also be subject to import duties and taxes, including customers processing fee and other charges according to the destination country.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
All orders are prepared and delivered Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. local time. Please note that contact number is required for delivery purposes. The absence of contact number may lead to delay in delivery.
Outside of Thailand: expected to be 5-7 business days, depending on shipping destination.
Thailand (Bangkok): expected to be 2-3 business days
Thailand (other cities): expected to be 3-5 business days.
Same day delivery service is available within the Bangkok area for any orders placed between 9.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. during Monday – Friday via Line @jimthompson only. Free same day delivery shipping on orders over 5,000 Baht.
For the delivery in Bangkok, kindly keep in mind that we will make up to two delivery attempts. If the final delivery attempt has been made, and the driver was unable to leave your package. We reserve the right to hold the package and await customer to collect the package at the warehouse within 15 days.
Our shipping time should be used as a guide only and is based on time from dispatch.
Delivery might take a little longer than stated above during high season.
