Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operations of visual merchandising and display areas to ensure quality of merchandise.
- categories, following display and visual merchandising standards and guideline to support brand strategy.
- Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Act in alignment to the Corporate Identity of Brands, products, image, and target market.
- Training sales associates and retail manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications, or business administration.
- At least a year of relevant retail experience in a luxury brand, high-end fashion, jewelry, and watch industry or in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Be able to co-ordinate.
- Positive attitude and be a problem-solver.
- Good in both written and spoken in English.
- Able to travel and work in upcountry branches.
