Key Responsibilities:
· Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping, SAP data entry, and document organization.
· Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to guarantee punctual and accurate deliveries, in coordination with the procurement team.
· Facilitate communication among kitchen and service staff, relaying essential information.
· Assist in scheduling staff and maintaining precise attendance records.
· Take charge of administrative aspects related to sales costing.
· Ensure effective interdepartmental communication by collaborating with various departments.

· Coordinate with marketing team requests for restaurant and event collateral printing.
· Oversee the receiving of products related to the events.
· Manage and coordinate with the finance/accounting team for final payment and receipt to the clients.
· Process HR documents and prepare necessary documents for signing.
· Provide support to the sales team in preparing invoices and other relevant documents.
