The Showroom Sales Associate is responsible for working with new and current customers to determine what they want, helps customers find merchandise and purchase products from showroom. Their duties include ensuring the showroom is appropriately stocked with merchandise, assisting customers as needed and create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process & customer experience.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by selling products, meeting the customer needs. Able to explain technical specs and match requirement.
• Develop and maintain sales target by retaining existing customer base & growing new ones.
• Complete sales process by prepare paperwork (quotation, sales invoice, receipts and tax return) and reserve products.
• Identify and resolve client’s concern and complaints (problem solving).
• Possess good attitude/positive thinking when met with challenges. Ability to work effectively with others in the team and within organization.
• Other job per assignment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fair verbal and written communication skills in Thai & English 
• 0 - 2 year’s previous experience in customer support, sales showroom, client services, sales or a related field
• Negotiation Skills
• Knowledge of SAP/CRM would be a plus
• Computer Skills and knowledge of collaboration tools
• Able to work a shift and schedule including public holiday
