To assist the Supervisor to monitor budget, KPIs and customer service in order to achieve the store KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily store operation
- Support the Supervisor and Store Manager; budget, KPIs and customer service.
- Assist the Supervisor to control stock and inventory.
- Assists maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
- Accepting and processing orders, operating all POS system, customer’s payment, issue Vat refunds and tax invoices for customers.
- Handle refunds, exchanges, and returns.
- Alerts the supervisor of potential issues.
- Do other tasks as assigned.
Customer service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Explaining to customers the best products for their needs.
- Recommending related products to increase sales and enrich shopping experiences.
- Promoting special sales, offer and awareness of company loyalty program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative, or similar role.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
- Good to communicate in English
- Being able to speak many languages has many advantages.
