Key Responsibilities:
Daily store operation
- Responsible for sale operation both before and after sales.
- Accepting and processing orders, operate all POS system, customer’s payment, issue Vat refunds and tax invoices for customers.
- Handle refund, exchanges and returns.
- Check products from-to warehouse.
- Do store stock checking, fill product to shelves and store’s neatness.
- Alerts the supervisor of potential issues.
- Do other tasks as assigned.
Customer service
- Welcoming customers into the store.
- Explaining to customers the best products for their needs.
- Recommending related products to increase sale and enrich shopping experiences.
- Promoting special sales, offer and awareness of company loyalty program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role.
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
- Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
- Proficiency in English.
