Key Responsibilities:
- Receive requests to order products and services, make purchasing orders, and compare prices with vendors. To request approval of the purchasing order with the manager for purchases in the Home Furnishings Business, both within internal purchasing and overseas purchasing.
- Search for vendors and new vendors to purchase items and services, including new purchasing sources.
- Overseeing the process of purchase order follow-ups and tracking, challenges, including assisting with identifying and action, on time delivery of goods, claim process, product returns, and coordinating product delivery.
- Preparing the reports as assigned to the direct manager.
- Other job per assignment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 0 - 1 years of experience in procurement including procurement operation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Management, or equivalent/ related.
