Job Purpose:
To manage merchandise planning, sales, pricing, product allocation, and inventory control to meet company’s goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct merchandising and buying activities according to provided guidelines and policies.
- Assist with research, analysis and planning functions, assist with drafting of product work plans and schedules.
- Product assortment planning.
- Placing buy order.
- Setting target cost and selling price.
- Product allocation.
- Sales performance analysis.
- Stock management.
- Product, price, and promotion study and implementation
- Follow up on all work schedules, assist with presentations and preparations for meetings.
- Conform Safety & Occupational Health Policy.
- Other job per assignment.
Qualifications:
- The candidate must be having good academic qualifications including numerical and analytical skills.
- At least 3 years of experiences in Merchandising roles in retail or consumer goods (e.g. delivery control, merchandising, etc.,) will be advantageous.
- Good relevant computer ability with high quality presentation skills.
- Well-groomed and presented candidates are expected to be successful.
- Good English communication (Writing, reading, speaking, listening).
