Responsible for achieving brand.com commercial/product portfolio management/customer satisfaction/channel P&L set forth by Head of EC/BU CCO, whilst ensuring tech stake/operational SL excellence/seamless customers experience becomes the pillars of departmental business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop commercial strategies and lead team according to business goals and objectives aimed at accelerating growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, product portfolio management).
- Drive and monitor categories performance in line with the brand.com strategy and company's mission and vision.
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management and/or stakeholders.
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with both internal/external key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years’ experience in building brand.com within Fashion Industry with proven track record.
- BA in Business Administration/ BA in Economics.
- Fluent English communication (Writing, reading, speaking, listening).
- Strong analytics skills/commercial logic.
- Commercial minded/growth marketing experience/operational know-how.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Pro-active/strong organizational skills /detailed oriented.
