Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Creative Director and Design Team to create signature collections that reflect the brand’s identity and vision.
Conduct in-depth research into trends, concepts, and create mood board themes.
Provide technical expertise for new silhouettes.
Review and correct development samples to maintain comprehensive product knowledge, monitoring all modifications.
Provide technical feedback during line reviews for consistency.
Identify and resolve technical challenges and collaborate with the product development team.
Ensure consistency with brand image and quality expectations throughout the design and development stages.
Participate actively in fittings and adjust designs where needed to perfect garment construction and fit.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align development with a collection of timelines and goals.
Work closely with the collections manager to ensure alignment of the product assortment plans.
Support the Creative Director in fostering a collaborative, creative studio environment across projects and presentations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
A highly skilled Women's Wear Designer with a strong sense of product, form, and detail.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a professional fashion design studio.
Deep understanding of modern, innovative fashion design with a precise hand and strong sense of style.
Proven ability to translate creative direction into commercially viable, high-quality products.
Keen understanding of proportions, measurements, and garment construction.
Strong technical knowledge of women’s wear and an ability to come up with creative solutions.
Sketching and illustration skills, both in apparel and accessories.
Autonomous, self-motivated, and capable of managing the full design process independently.
Highly organized, pragmatic, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Fluent in English and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, InDesign, Excel
