Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute product assortment planning to optimize sales opportunities and align with market trends.
Manage buying orders to achieve sales targets while maintaining effective stock control.
Oversee product allocation to ensure product availability and effective stock turnover across sales channels.
Conduct sales performance analysis and propose action plans for continuous improvement.
Monitor and manage stock levels and stock turns to optimize inventory efficiency.
Research and implement strategies on product, pricing, and promotions, adapting to dynamic market conditions.
Daily report, monthly report by stores

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Merchandising, Planning, or Allocation (experience in fashion or accessories is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Strong in Microsoft Office, Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
Strong service-oriented mindset with proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Verbal and written communication skills in English.
