Oversee weaving production processes, including warping, winding, warp sizing, loom preparation, weaving, fabric finishing, and mechanical finishing (e.g., shearing).
Inspect, monitor, and control the quality of fabrics produced on weaving machines daily.
Manage the production of special yarns such as fancy yarns and chenille to align with company policies, customer requirements, and related department needs.
Supervise and ensure quality control of woven fabrics, fringed fabrics, knitted fabrics, and related production processes.
Control production costs and reduce waste returns to inventory.
Supervise and guide staff in the weaving department to ensure quality and efficiency in operations.
Coordinate with other departments to implement company policies effectively.
Address and evaluate customer or sales team complaints regarding product quality, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and improvement actions to meet required fabric quality standards.
Implement and participate in 5S, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, energy conservation, and other company-assigned activities.
Assess, analyze, and improve KPIs to achieve company targets.
Requirements
Diploma in Textile Technology or a bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in textile manufacturing.
Training in textile machinery, either domestically or abroad (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and SAP system.
Strong knowledge of textiles, fibers, yarns, fabric design, and fabric structure.
Understanding fabric color theory.
In-depth knowledge of weaving machines and weaving processes.
Demonstrated leadership skills with proven managerial experience
