Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance operation locations
(TSC, Surawong, Jim House and TSF).
• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, network, firewall, and endpoint protection.
• Perform regular system health checks, preventive maintenance, and performance tuning.
• Ensure uptime and reliability of core systems, both on-premises and cloud environments (if applicable).
• Oversee patch management, backup operations, and disaster recovery testing.
Retail Store IT Support
• Coordinate with retail associates and app teams for hardware and application support at retail locations.
• Supervise IT operations checkups at stores, including POS systems, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot critical issues affecting store operations and escalate to vendors or higher-level support as needed.
Document and Report on IT management process
• Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, server configurations, IT equipment, licenses and operational procedures.
• Prepare and conduct for the IT training material and training class for users.
• Generate regular performance and incident reports for management review.
Security Management
• Maintain firewall and endpoint protection systems based on the incident logs by the CSOC team.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the CSOC team to improve IT governance and compliance readiness.
Vendor Collaboration and Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for infrastructure upgrades or migrations.
• Manage service-level agreements (SLAs) with third-party providers.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Experience in supporting Infrastructure and IT operations systems.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Good interface API/ETL, SQL command, and data analyst.
• Good business process knowledge in Retail operation and F&B operation.
• Basic SAP knowledge and Interface CAR.
• Strongly service-minded and demonstrated collaborative.
• Key skills needed are communication and coordination.
