Step into Jim Thompson’s Tropical Runway—an immersion into a world where fashion transcends boundaries, and creativity thrives amid paradise. Each ensemble tells a story, weaving together the essence of iconic comfort and the irresistible allure of the tropics.
Beach Escape
We open the runway with coastal-inspired looks to unveil our new signature Aqua Silk fabric, transformed into men's swim trunks—an exciting introduction to our latest men's swim range. Then, we transition into casually chic day looks, perfect for exploring the rich cultural beach towns or embarking on island-hopping adventures.
City to Evening Elegance
The journey then continues to the vibrant city of Bangkok, where one will visit the iconic Jim Thompson Museum House. The closing looks of the runway show a different side of our brand with elegant and romantic pieces made of beautiful silk jacquards and other fine materials—the perfect look to continue the journey to our newly opened restaurant and OSS Bar.
Timeless Finale
We close the show with the pièce de résistance, a gown inspired by an archive piece from Pierre Balmain. The original fabric was handwoven, so we've recreated a new style of handwoven fabric exclusively for the show. The final look is a majestic gown handcrafted from golden yarns, honoring Mr. Thompson's legacy of Thai silk.
