Key Responsibilities:

·      Meeting Sales Targets : to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets set by the company.

·      Create new customer base : Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.

·      Building Client Relationships : Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

·      Identifying Client Needs : Understand the needs and challenges of clients and propose solutions that align with the company's products or services.

·      Negotiating and Closing Deals : Negotiate terms of sale, contracts, and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals for the company.

·      Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with design, product development, merchandise, finance, warehouse and other internal teams to align sales strategies and co-ordinate to complete all purchase order.

·      Maintaining Sales Records and Reports : Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics for reporting and analysis purposes.

·      Representing the Company : Serve as a brand ambassador for the company at event, conferences and client meetings to promote products/services and enhance the company's reputation.


·      Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, sales, or related fields.

·      At least one year of experience in sales.

·      Has excellent communication skills, and proficient at solving problems effectively on the spot.

·      Has skills in sales presentation and negotiation techniques.

·      Has a positive personality, strong interpersonal skills and a high level of responsibility.

·      Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs (Words, Excel, Power point).
