Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure in all retail stores and the company headquarters, including network connectivity, hardware, and software. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues experienced by store staff and provide prompt technical support.
  • Maintain optimal uptime and performance of POS systems to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Oversee IT service request (IT-Ticket system) SLA.
  • Implement and enforce IT security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT system, troubleshooting procedures, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
  • Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies relevant to the retail industry.
  • Provide technical training and support to store staff in the use of IT systems and equipment. 


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support or related field.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Strong understanding of network connectivity and POS systems.
  • Strong skill in Cisco product configuration. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Proficiency in using various IT tools and software. ITIL Certify is a must. 
  • Retail industry experience is a plus.
