Responsible for providing exceptional assistance and support to our valued customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution.
  • Providing Product Knowledge.
  • Documentation and Generating a report.
  • Providing a great Customer Advocacy.
  • Maintaining a High Customer Satisfaction,

Key Competencies:

  • Knowledge: SAP Solution, Solution and Backend Design, Technical Blueprint Communication, Software Development Life Cycle, and Programming language would be highly beneficial.
  • Skills: Project Management, and MS Office.
  • Other Qualifications: Thinking conceptually and practically, Good Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Creative, and Collaboration with all job levels.
