EXCHANGES AND RETURN

THAILAND

           Returns are accepted within 14 days on the receipt of the purchased good(s) to obtain a refund. Items must be proven as defective or damaged from shipping or incorrect items. The return shipment can be made using any carrier. Please be aware that shipping fees, and/or any other charges that might be incurred from return shipment will be charged at your own expense.

INTERNATIONAL

             Returns are accepted within 30 days on the receipt of the purchased good(s) to obtain a refund. Items must be proven as defective or damaged from shipping or incorrect items. The return shipment must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or UPS). Please be aware that shipping fees, customs duties and/or any other charges that might be incurred from return shipment will be charged at your own expense.


JT MEMBER:

All Exchange / Return request must be filled out in exchange / return certificates.

All JT points you get from original items will be automatically reclaimed from your membership account, in case your JT points are inadequate, we reserve the right for return /refund refusal.

You will need to ship the products back to our warehouse at your own expense.

RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

•          After we receive your returned product/s we will have to pass through our return QC process before we start refund process

•          Upon QC approval, we will refund you through the same payment option you paid for your order. Example if you paid via credit card you will receive full product costs (we will not refund shipping / customs fees)


RETURN CONDITIONS

•          The items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed condition and accompanied by the original invoice.

•          The items must be in the re-saleable condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with the attached original tag.

•          Face mask, customized products and sale items in promotional campaigns with discounts of 30% or upwards are non-returnable.

•          The items must be returned with the attached original tag and full packaging.

•          The items must be returned to our warehouse at address above (all cost incurred to be charged at your own expense)

•          Shipping fees and customs duties shall not be refunded.

•          Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method in the same currency as the original purchase.

We reserve the right to reject any returns and refuse a refund if the items do not comply with our policy. In this instance, you may choose to have the items sent back to your original shipping address at your own expense.

Colors: we always make our best effort to display the colors as accurately as possible, however, we cannot guarantee colors as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary.
