What is your returns and exchange policy?

 
RETURNS


THAILAND / SINGAPORE

            If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase items, you can return any purchases within 14 days of receipt.

OTHER REGIONS

            Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the purchased goods. Items must be proven as defective or damaged from shipping or incorrect items. The return shipment must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or FedEx).

 
RETURN CONDITIONS

•          The items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed conditions and accompanied by the original invoice.

•          The items must be returned with the original tags attached and packaging.

•          The items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered.

•          Shipping fees shall not be refunded.

•          Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method in the same currency as the original purchase.

 

EXCHANGES


Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the purchased goods. The exchange shipment must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or FedEx).

 
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

•          The items must be in the re-saleable condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with original tags attached.

•          Facemask, customized, and sale items are non-exchangeable.

•          Shipping fees shall not be refunded.

•          The items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered.

•          Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be made at equal or higher value items. We reserve the right to reject the refund of different amount.

•          We accept exchanges only once and reserve the right to refuse multiple exchanges.

•          The replacement items from the previous exchanges are not eligible for return.

•          Once we have received and accepted your return, we will ship the exchanged item(s).

•          Please be aware that shipping fees, customs duties and/or any other charges that might be incurred from return and replacement shipments will be charged at your own expense.

We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges and refuse a refund if the items do not comply with our policy. In this instance, you may choose to have the items sent back to your original shipping address at your own expense.

Colors: we always make our best effort to display the colors as accurately as possible, however, we cannot guarantee colors as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary.
