Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies about
- All windows update
- Operation Master or FSMO
- Active Directory (AD)
- Windows policy
- Antivirus tools
- All infrastructure eqipment
- All corporate data
2. Design, development, monitor, and analysis of entire infrastructure system inclusive of LAN, WAN, Wireless, MPLS, voice over IP, internet, security, and all IT asset of company. To identify possible solution, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
3. Coordinate with vendors and other IT team member (including SAP, Application) for problem resolution of all issue related to infrastructure. And sharing knowledge to team member.
4. Provide the report related to IT infrastructure
Requirements
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, information systems, or related field required.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in network monitoring and maintenance.
· Experience with Backup solution, virtualization, and containerization (Synology, Veeam, VMware, VirtualBox)
· Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, CISCO, FortiGate, Sophos)
· Experience with Microsoft Windows (Active Directory Advanced, File sharing, Policy, Backup, and recovery Operation Master (FSMO), Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), DNS Advanced, O365, Exchange server)
