Responsibilities:

Operational:

  • Acquire new clients for the Moonlight Hall event space, ensuring accurate and detailed sales documentation.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships as a Jim Thompson ambassador.
  • Distribute F&B promotions to potential customers and upsell F&B products to maximize revenue.
  • Assist members with restaurant bookings and other inquiries.
  • Sell company F&B offerings truthfully and cross-sell other available products.

Customer Service:

  • Build rapport with guests, and handle complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure guests receive exemplary service and promote complex services and facilities positively.
  • Gather and utilize guest feedback to enhance services.

Administration:

  • Develop and maintain an Operations Manual reflecting policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Prepare yearly marketing plans and budgets for the outlet.
  • Analyze competitive Banqueting and Events activities and trends.

People Management:

  • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations and provide performance feedback.
  • Uphold employee morale and communicate core values effectively.

General:

  • Adhere to statutory legislation and company policies regarding employee relations and safety.
  • Handle guest and employee inquiries efficiently.
  • Ensure high standards of personal presentation and behavior.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions.
  • Conduct departmental monthly meetings.
  • Maintain positive colleague interactions.

Experiences:

  • At least 2 – 4 years of related experience in Hospitality, sales, or event. 
  • Proficiency in English communication skills.
  • Proven skills for influencing and collaborating with coworkers.

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management or related field.
